They’re baaaaack!
Our summer series of Dinner on the Deck returns again this festive season, running from 27 December – 11 January. Dinners on the Deck have been a Surf Club favourite for years, providing our customers with the opportunity to enjoy a twilight dinner under pastel skies. The bar will be open and we’ll be cooking up a blend of some new dishes and some classic faves. We’re not ones to give away ALL our secrets, but you can expect to see things like Seafood Tagliatelle (Fish, prawns, calamari & mussels with tomato, garlic & white wine, a dash of cream & parmesan) and Chicken Katsu (Panko chicken breast, toasted sesame & almond slaw, kewpie mayo, tonkatsu sauce, rice) on the menu.
Bring some friends along or even entertain the visiting relos; it’s the perfect excuse to get out of cooking and cleaning while showing off one of your favourite local haunts.
One thing is for sure though: these nights will book out, so make sure you secure your spot now to avoid disappointment.
