Looking for just the right venue for your conference or meeting? You may be surprised to learn that Coffs Harbour’s Surf Club Restaurant and Bar has just what you need. Whether it’s a small, intimate lunch meeting with your team or a large, formal pitch session to your most important clients we’ve got the space, facilities and catering to suit.
Our coastal conference room offers complete privacy. The space can be set up boardroom style for intimate meetings, U-shaped or theatre style for presentations, or cabaret style for work groups. The conference room has its own reverse cycle air conditioning so you have full climate control.
Your conference package includes high speed broadband connection, a laptop-ready HD projector and screen, block out blinds, microphone and whiteboard. Our staff can provide some technical assistance, but if you want complete certainty consider hiring a technician from one of our conference partners.
A tea and coffee station will be available throughout your conference or meeting, and for real coffee lovers you can pre-order barista coffee. A variety of catering options, including sweets, finger food or a full sit-down lunch are available.
You can’t beat the location. Proximity to the Coffs Harbour airport, plentiful parking and magnificent coastal views make this the perfect venue for your next meeting, seminar or summit.
MID-MORNING MEETING
Monday – Friday, 10-40 people
If you want to get your team together for a mid-morning briefing or presentation, we will set up the conference room to your preferred layout for your exclusive use up to a 4-hour period. A tea and coffee station with sweet and savoury treats and fruit skewers will be available throughout your session. Barista coffees can be pre-ordered at additional cost.
LUNCH MEETING
Monday – Friday, 10-40 people
Treat your clients to a private meal or bring the team together for a working lunch. We will set up the conference room in an intimate boardroom style, in separate tables for larger groups or cabaret style for something a little more informal. Choose from platters of gourmet sandwiches or a full plated lunch. Up to 4-hours.
ALL DAY MEETING
Monday – Friday, 10-40 people, available 7:30am – 5:30pm
Assemble the team for a full day of training or planning in our private coastal conference room. The room will be set up to suit the meeting style and is available for your exclusive use from opening at 7:30am to closing at 5:30pm. Your package includes morning and afternoon tea and lunch with choice of gourmet sandwiches or a more formal plated lunch.
