Conveniently located between popular wedding ceremony spots Park Beach and the Coffs Creek, and close to the Botanic Gardens and Coffs Jetty Foreshores, the Surf Club is perfectly situated for a wedding reception. The airport is nearby and there is ample accommodation for out-of-town guests. Parking is plentiful.

YOUR WEDDING PRODUCER
The first step toward putting “special” into your special day is a meeting with Jason, your wedding producer. He will guide you through the options, help you to create your own unique flare and personally ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day.

We partner with Special Occasions. Margaret and her team completely stage your reception and will consult with you in her design studio. You will be put in touch with her after you confirm your booking. She can also be engaged to style your ceremony and give you ideas for the perfect location.
COCKTAIL PARTY
A cocktail wedding offers a relaxed, informal option, giving you and your guests the opportunity to mix and mingle throughout the evening. Staff will serve a selection of stand-up plates complete with dessert, coffee and tea. There are a number of options for venue layout depending on whether you are having a band or DJ and number of guests.

SIT DOWN
A sit-down wedding offers greater structure, formality and intimacy. Our executive chef will design your menu to suit, including entrée, main and dessert. We provide full table service. There are a number of options for venue layout depending on whether you are having a band or DJ and number of guests.

ISLAND VIEW
You will love the latest addition to our wedding packages. The Island View deck is a gorgeous outdoor deck with clear views to the Solitary Islands. Now we can stage this deck with a marquee tent and flooring to create a very special “room” that is both one with nature and protected from the elements.
